How long is the Hands On Nutrition Challenge?
We have formatted the Hands On Nutrition Challenge to be run for 4 weeks, with the option to run it for longer if you’d like to.
How much should we charge to run the Hands On Nutrition Challenge?
We recommend anywhere from $20-$40 per person to run the Hands On Nutrition Challenge, which gives you the opportunity to utilize that money as a way to offer a bigger prize purse at the end of the challenge, or to offer rewards for mini challenges throughout.
How do athletes track progress throughout the challenge?
We have created a Google Form for you to customize and send to your members to collect points daily from your members.
What is included when I buy the HONC?
Here is what you get with the Hands On Nutrition Challenge:

Can my clients who are vegan/vegetarian still participate in this challenge?
Yes! The Hands On Nutrition Challenge is an awareness challenge based on understanding how to build balanced meals. There is no restriction on certain types of foods, unless your members opt to win the bonus points each day for a diet completely made of whole & unprocessed foods, which still allows for vegan & vegetarian diet needs.
Can I customize the branding of the Hands On Nutrition Challenge to my gym’s information?
Yes - you will have access to Adobe Illustrator files to adjust the branding on the Hands On Nutrition Challenge assets if you want to do so. If you do not have access to Adobe Illustrator, you will not be able to modify the HONC assets.
How can I create buy-in for this challenge if there is no promise of weight loss or transformation at the end?
The Hands On Nutrition Challenge is about so much more than a number on the scale. For many of our members, that number hides their real frustrations of having no energy, always feeling hungry, not seeing the performance they would like in the gym, and so much more. The Hands On Nutrition Challenge takes a Conscious Quantity approach to guide our athletes in building better meals to help with energy management, satisfaction with meals, and allows them to learn and develop the habits that will ultimately help them realize their body composition and fitness goals. Creating clear expectations at the beginning of the Hands On Nutrition Challenge that this is so much more than just about weight loss can set your athletes up for success throughout and beyond this challenge.
